Great app, but cannot delete settings after removing app

App works great for what I needed. I sent an email that needed to be tracked and for that purpose, it would great. Location was off, but that wasnt my concern anyway. Just wanted to make sure my email was read. I dont want to keep the app on my phone however, Im a bit OCD about apps that I wont use taking up space so I deleted it, however Im unable to delete the email settings that were created when I downloaded it. The only thing I can do is switch that email account setting to off but no way to delete it entirely. Is there a fix for this? The only email account I want in the settings is the one I created. Thanks!
